Premium Truck Scissor Dock Lifts
Truck Scissor Dock Lifts are designed to provide a safe and efficient way to load and unload goods from semi-trailers, especially in locations where there are no permanent loading docks. Engineered and designed for maximum safety and efficiency. The diamond plate deck is made of heavy gauge steel for years of use. Hydraulic cylinders feature safetyvelocity fuse if line breaks. It comes complete with upper travel limit switch and overload relief valve. The push-button control is on a 20 foot long coil cord. Pre-wired control box includes magnetic starter and overload relay. High visibility safety yellow removable handrails with fixed toe boards are standard. Includes beveled toe-guards and electric toe-guards around perimeter of platform. Standard external 6.5 HP 460V, 3-phase, 60 Hz motor can be located up to 8 feet away from lift (weighs 300 pounds)
Safety Features
The electric toe-guard is a patented feature essential to the safety of personnel. The guard is made from L-shaped aluminum extrusion and hangs below the entire perimeter of the deck. If the Scissor Dock is being lowered while an object such as a person’s hand or foot is in its path, the guard will be triggered and electrically stop the table from lowering. Once the object is removed, the table will once again be operable; there is no need to reset the unit. Without toe-guard provisions, scissor tables do not meet OSHA or ANSI standards and are extremely dangerous to operate.

Q: What is the usable width of the scissor dock lift?
A: The usable width on WL-100's can be calculated like this. For those with a removable handrail and FIXED toe board subtract 6" from overall width. For those lifts with a removable handrail and REMOVABLE toe board subtract 7-1/2" from overall width.
Q: What wiring is required to install the scissor dock lift?
A: Five minimum 18 AWG wires (or an appropriate hard service cable) are required between the power unit's control enclosure and the lift's frame. These wires, the power unit's disconnect, and the branch circuit overcurrent and short-circuit protection are the responsibility of the installer or building owner. Please see the owner's manual in the PDF section.
Q: For the WL-100 Pit Depth with the Roll-Over option, does it impact the lowered height?
A: The WL-100 PIT DEPTH with ROLL-OVER OPTION increases the lowered height 2"
Q: Can the WL series be used outside?
A: Yes, the WL-100 lifts can be used outside.
Q: In the options the WL-TSP can it be used with the voltage change WL-3HP?
A: No the WL-TSP needs to be coupled the the standard 6.5 hp motor. It cannot be used with the WL-3 hp.
Q: Is the power unit external or internal?
A: All power units on WL-100 units are external.
Q: What size is the external power unit?
A: The overall dimensions of the hydraulic unit are: 14"W x 33" L x 31" H, and comes with an 8 Ft. hose

Safety Features The electric toe-guard is a patented feature essential to the safety of personnel. The guard is made from L-shaped aluminum extrusion and hangs below the entire perimeter of the deck. If the Scissor Dock is being lowered while an object such as a person’s hand or foot is in its path, the guard will be triggered and electrically stop the table from lowering. Once the object is removed, the table will once again be operable; there is no need to reset the unit. Without toe-guard provisions, scissor tables do not meet OSHA or ANSI standards and are extremely dangerous to operate.
